If you do not posses an OEI issued user name and password for a specific site then you will not be able to access that site.

Registering for Access

To request access to a specific site, use the appropriate 'Request Access' link. Once your request has been received it will be reviewed and acted upon as needed.

If you have previously submitted information to access a site and wish to have access to a different site, please send a note via e-mail to either Mr. Alan James Ramsbotham ramsboth.at.oei-tech.com, or Mr. Greg Miller gmiller.at.oei-tech.com (replace .at. with @).
